HELP US SAVE THE ASIAN ELEPHANT
Deep within the tree canopies of Samlout's Damrei Muyroi Mountain (100 Elephant Mountain), a herd of Asian elephants struggle to maintain their last refugee in northwest Cambodia. While the Asian elephants slowly navigate through their threatened corridor, illegal land grabbers destroy their sanctuary for farm plantations, also laying snares and traps for other wildlife.
The northwest Asian elephant is now threatened. Despite forestry laws that prohibit the destruction of Protected Areas, land poachers continue to destroy all habitat.
MJP is working to keep the northwest Asian elephant and other endangered species in Samlout. Please help support our efforts to protect the northwest's Asian elephant population. Make a donation today. Be the change!
